The train didn’t stop at the city. It didn't stop at the suburbs. It stopped somewhere else. Step onto the platform of the internet’s most infamous phantom station. In this minimalist horror experience, every choice is a track leading deeper into the void. Surrounded by a landscape of black, purple, and yellow, you must navigate the silence of a station that shouldn't exist—before whatever lives in the tunnels finds you.

A Note from the Developer

Welcome to this early access build of my latest project. This Visual Novel is set within the Metrogeist City Sphere, taking place in the same "Urban Legend" version of Japan featured in my previous three games.

The Vision for Metrogeist

In most of my titles, I prefer an unnamed protagonist to let you step directly into the void. For Metrogeist, I experimented with giving the player a specific role: a P.I. (Paranormal Investigator). To be honest, I’ve been torn on this direction. I love the feeling of "anyone, anywhere" being lost in this mythical version of Japan.

I was two games into this build before I started questioning the series' identity. I actually considered scrapping the idea entirely, but after getting this far into the first chapter, I felt it would be a waste not to share it with you all and hear your feedback.

Transparency & Support

As with all my projects, this game is Free to Play. I’m still growing as a developer, and I don't yet feel right asking for a set price. However, I do leave the donation option open. To those who have left a few dollars: thank you. Your generosity means the world to me. Every cent donated to this account is set aside specifically for future development.

My ultimate goal is to evolve beyond the standard VN choice system. I’m dreaming big—a 3-to-5-hour RPG featuring a moveable avatar, a dedicated combat system, and an original OST.

The Art Process

I’m also planning to release a free digital art collection soon. It will showcase my workflow—from the initial acrylic on canvas physical paintings to the digital refinement in Procreate, where I dial in those signature rich purples and sickly, sodium-burnt yellows.

Thank You

Whether you are a player, a YouTube Let’s Player, or a donor—thank you for your time and passion. You provide the motivation I need to keep diving deeper into programming, sprite work, and scriptwriting.

If you have questions, requests, or suggestions, please let me know.

Eternally Grateful,

Scott "Unrested" Ackerman
