YOMI NO YADO: The Endway Lodge
YOMI NO YADO: The Endway Lodge
Seven Nights. Seven Spirits. One Way Out.
"The train stops here. But you are the only one getting off."

Stranded at a desolate station in the Japanese mountains, you are forced into the purple fog of the "Mourning Week." With the tracks closed and the world behind you fading, your only sanctuary is Yomi no Yado (THE ENDWAY LODGE)—a rotting, ancient Ryokan perched on the edge of the underworld.
But guests here pay with more than just money.
Yomi no Yado is a grim-dark survival visual novel rendered in a striking Black, Purple, and Yellow minimalist comic book style. For seven days, you must explore the inn, scrounge for resources, and learn the dark history of the spirits that haunt these halls. For seven nights, you must survive them.

Game Features:
- 7 Unique Boss Encounters: Survive a gauntlet of legendary female Yokai, including the Kuchisake-onna (Slit-Mouthed Woman), Yuki-onna (Snow Woman), and Jorōgumo (Spider Mistress).
- Survival Mechanics: This isn't just a story. Manage your Health and Sanity. Scavenge for items like Sacred Sake, Purifying Salt, and Peaches to ward off evil or heal your wounds.
- Varied Gameplay: Prove your worth through riddles, rhythm games, reflex tests, and logic puzzles. Every Yokai requires a different strategy to defeat—or appease.
- Day/Night Cycle: Use the daylight to explore the Shrine, Garden, and Kitchen. Converse with the mysterious Ms. Okami to learn the tragic lore behind the monsters.
- Distinct Aesthetic: A hand-crafted world drawn entirely in a stark, atmospheric palette of Void Black, Bruised Purple, and Warning Yellow.
Can you endure the hospitality of the Endway Lodge? Or will you become a permanent resident?

This is the Gameplay and Review video of Yoni No Yado The Endway Lodge. "Gameplay and Review" is my own version of a "Let's Play" video. Unrested contacted me on my Youtube channel and requested that I make a video playthrough of his games. I have reviewed all three. He recommended this 3rd game most of all. So here it is. I think that he is a very good game developer and makes good visual novels. The artwork is very good too. I will be looking forward to more of his games in the future and I plan to make "Gameplay and Review" videos of them all.
thanks for all your hard work with playing and reviewing my games. I’ll make sure to shout out your channel on my next next live stream

Loved this game, short and sweet, the art style and music were both excellent. Also was very cool to see concept art at the ending, and Japanese mythology.
